ALLTEMP®™ HEAVY DUTY PRECHARGED ANTIFREEZE/SUMMER COOLANT

ALLTEMP®™ HEAVY DUTY PRECHARGED ANTIFREEZE is a conventional, heavy-duty, fully formulated, and SCA-precharged antifreeze that meets the most demanding industry specifications including ASTM D 6210/6211 and RP 329/330 of the Technology and Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Association. ALLTEMP®™ HEAVY DUTY PRECHARGED ANTIFREEZE contains the initial charge of supplemental coolant additive, meeting the requirements for pre-charged coolants. No additional SCAs need to be added to this coolant. ALLTEMP®™ HEAVY DUTY PRECHARGED ANTIFREEZE is a top-quality conventional phosphate and amine-free formulation.

ALLTEMP®™ HEAVY DUTY PRECHARGED ANTIFREEZE contains a minimum of 2400 ppm nitrite in antifreeze concentrate (1200 ppm in pre-diluted coolant) which is one of the requirements to meet ASTM D6210.

ALLTEMP®™ HEAVY DUTY PRECHARGED ANTIFREEZE is a sophisticated, multi-component antifreeze that employs synergistic combinations of inhibitors to provide you with the best corrosion protection available for heavy-duty engine cooling systems, whether in vehicles or stationary engines. It is a very durable antifreeze with a strong reserve alkalinity, and a substantial combination of inorganic acid salts to protect steel, cast iron, aluminum, and solder. Copper, brass, and other copper alloys are protected by a high level of azoles. ALLTEMP®™ HEAVY DUTY PRECHARGED ANTIFREEZE is a silicate-free formulation meeting ASTM D4985 and contains antiscalants and dispersants to prevent scaling and fouling of heat exchange surfaces.

THERMOGUARD UNIVERSAL EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE/SUMMER COOLANT CONCENTRATE

THERMOGUARD UNIVERSAL EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE is a fully formulated, precharged extended life antifreeze that contains the initial charge of supplemental coolant additive (SCA). It was developed to allow the antifreeze to meet the myriad of specifications in the extended life category of antifreezes. THERMOGUARD UNIVERSAL EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE is a hybrid and nitrited organic acid technology (HOAT/NOAT) additive system, containing both carboxylic acids (OAT technology) and azoles/inorganic salts (conventional technology). While OAT-only antifreezes have compatibility problems with conventional antifreeze formulations, HOAT formulations are compatible with OAT, HOAT, NOAT (nitrited organic acid technology) and conventional azole/inorganic salt type antifreeze/coolants.

THERMOGUARD UNIVERSAL EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE 100% contains a minimum of 2400 ppm nitrite. It is phosphate, 2EHA, silicate and amine/triethanolamine-free. THERMOGUARD UNIVERSAL EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE is suitable for passenger cars, vans, SUV’s, light trucks, and heavy-duty vehicles. It will demonstrate outstanding aluminum corrosion control in addition to superior protection for copper, brass, solder, steel and cast iron. THERMOGUARD UNIVERSAL EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE’s substantial nitrite content will also control pitting/cavitation damage to diesel engine wet sleeve cylinder liners. THERMOGUARD UNIVERSAL EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE will have a service life of 600,000 miles with the addition of an additive booster at 300,000 miles. The service life can be extended to one million miles by monitoring the coolant every 300,000 miles. In off-road service, THERMOGUARD UNIVERSAL EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE will provide a service life of 12,000 hours, or 6 years, whichever comes first. At every oil change the antifreeze should be checked to ensure that the pH is in proper range and that the sample is free of significant precipitates, suspended solids, cloudiness or contamination. This product mixes with any other color of antifreeze.

• WHY IS ETHYLENE GLYCOL BASED ANTIFREEZE SO DANGEROUS?
  Conventional antifreeze is composed of over 90% Ethylene Glycol (EG) which is toxic to humans and animals. Over 50% of all poisoning deaths of cats and dogs are caused by EG based antifreeze. EG is metabolized to oxalic acid, which crystallizes in the kidney causing death.
